In St. Kitts and Nevis, the spotlight is being put on the life of Robert Llewellyn Bradshaw on the 100th anniversary of his birth. Leading the charge is the opposition St. Kitts and Nevis Labour Party. Bradshaw was the first premier of the country, and Opposition Leader Denzil Douglas has called on the Team Unity administration to support a yearlong tribute by issuing a commemorative stamp marking the Bradshaw centennial anniversary. Robert Bradshaw is the federation’s first national hero, and the relevant tribute was paid to him by Douglas at the launch of the anniversary activities.
